SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Speed Strength incorporates lighter weight based on speed with good form. You will develop better coordination and a greater sense of mind body control.

We include many different modalities in our Small Group & 1-On-1 Training sessions to enhance your workout.

  • Dumbbells

  • Barbells; Olympic, safety, buffalo, Kyoto, hex, e-z bars and many others

  • Kettlebells; hard style and sport

  • Suspension Training: TRX, Cables

  • Resistance bands, ropes, med balls, mace

Each session will also incorporate balance, abdominal exercises as well as pre- and post-stretching.
